Automatically: When you visit CoastalDock, we collect standard analytics data via Google Analytics (GA4), including pages viewed, time on site, device type, general geographic location, and referral sources. No personally identifiable information is collected automatically.

Voluntarily: When you submit a form (quote request, listing application), you provide information such as your name, email, phone number, and business details. This information is transmitted securely via FormSubmit.co and delivered to our email. FormSubmit.co does not permanently store your submission data.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

• To forward leads to facility owners (Enhanced and Premium subscribers)
• To process listing applications and subscriptions

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months). Form submissions are delivered to our email via FormSubmit.co and retained in our email system. Stripe retains payment data per their retention policy.

CoastalDock is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
