1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CoastalDock ("the Service"), operated by CoastalDock ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoastalDock is an online directory connecting boat owners with storage facilities across North Carolina and South Carolina. The Service provides facility listings, search functionality, and lead generation tools.

3. Listing Tiers & Subscriptions

Basic (Free): Free directory listing with essential business information. May be removed at our discretion if information is inaccurate or the business ceases operations.

Enhanced ($79/month): Paid subscription with additional features including photos, pricing display, featured badges, priority placement, and lead forwarding. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

Premium ($149/month): Paid subscription with maximum visibility including homepage spotlight, dedicated SEO landing page, video embed, competitor analysis, and priority support. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

4. Billing & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Accuracy of Information

Facility owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. CoastalDock provides directory information as-is and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. We are not responsible for errors in facility details, pricing, hours, or availability.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The CoastalDock name, logo, and website design are the property of CoastalDock. Facility listings remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoastalDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

CoastalDock is a directory service only. We do not own, operate, or inspect any storage facility listed on our platform. We are not a party to any agreement between facility owners and their customers. Use of any facility found through our Service is at your own risk.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
